Private Classes

Private classes are an amazing way to practice yoga, pilates and meditation. 

 

What you don’t get with a public group class is:

 

  • A chance to practice what you really need to

  • Mix and match yoga and pilates

  • Spend more time on what you want to

  • Heal specific injuries

  • Practice on your own or as a small group with just your other half, friends or family.
