As we head into uncertain times it’s easy for the mind to go into overwhelm, fear and anxiety. This is why, more than ever, now is the time to focus on your mental health and wellbeing. Self-care is so important to maintaining health from the inside out meaning that you can feel more in control of your thoughts, more focused on what feels good and stronger in yourself so that you can support your family through this challenging time.

The beauty of online classes is that you can choose to take the time you need just for you, or you can spend that time practicing yoga, meditation or pilates with your nearest and dearest.

I offer you live group sessions from 30-60 minutes with classes ranging from easy, guided meditations, my signature mindful flow yoga, pregnancy yoga, chair yoga, yoga for stress release, yin-style yoga, family yoga and pilates for inner strength. As well as live 90 minute mini retreat style workshops that the whole family can join in with.

Some classes are free, while others are a small investment of £5 a session or save even more with a class bundle which also come with bonus offerings of downloadable meditations and access to a hub with pre-recorded videos, downloads and a Spotify/Youtube playlists to accompany your session.
