Group Yoga, Meditation and Pilates Classes

I offer a range of weekly classes including Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Accessible Yoga as well as Classical Mat Pilates in both studios and online where you can meet other like minded people and work with weekly themes to help you connect, move and rest.

Private Yoga and Pilates Classes

If you prefer to practice at home, with a select group of friends or your family or have something specific you would like to work on, private classes offer you the freedom to receive expert tailored sessions at your convenience - either online, at a local studio or your home.

All three are specialist six week one-to-one or couples programmes that offer time to get to know yourself through weekly wellbeing sessions which bring ancient teachings to your modern life. 

Wellbeing sessions are tailored to your needs and can include aspects of Ayurveda, yoga, pilates, meditation and/or reiki.


To keep you feeling motivated you will also receive accountability check ins from me so that you can easily commit and embody the freedom and balance you are craving.

This can be taken online, at a local studio or at your home.

Flourish and Thrive is my signature one-to-one programme aimed at people working in the wellness sector who are either just starting out in their business or need some guidance to reconnect to their pathway. 


This is conscious business mentoring as you’ve never experienced it before, getting you to think holistically about your business and take aligned actionable steps to get you to where you want to be.
